The compostable mailer will break down in a home compost in 180 days, or in a commercial compost in 90 days.
To ensure the longest service life, compostable shipping bags should be stored in a dark, dry place. If stored properly, they are strong enough to ship packages around the world for at least 12 months. Otherwise, their service life may be affected.
